Cancellation Policy

At Spring Podiatry, we are committed to helping our clients in a timely manner, and to the highest standard possible. As a result, we have a strong cancellation policy in place.

If you cannot attend your appointment time, call us with enough notice (>24 hours) and we will make our best effort to reschedule you to another time.

Failing to attend an appointment without notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your appointment being applied to your account.

Giving notice of your non-attendance within 24 hours of your consultation time, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% being charged to your account.

When you make an appointment with us, you are making a commitment to your health, and to your podiatrist. At the time of booking, we ask that you sign that you agree to this cancellation policy.
